A much needed entryNot much to update on this topic; basically I've changed my icon and my DeviantID to newer and BETTER images... well I think they're better.

You may have noticed that in July there was a unfinished journal entry displayed on my deviant art profile, and I haven't gotten signed into my deviant art account until now. And there is a good reason as to why that happened, you see as I was writing the journal entry, my boyfriend came over and I thought to myself "ok, no problem I'll just save this and finish it off later", but later that evening, my family and I received a phone call from my grandmother that my grandfather had passed away, so I kind of didn't have time to finish of the journal entry, nor the stamina to write anything good from my mind at that time.
Anyways I will explain more of that later, I will now get you up to date on some other stuff first.
Well I have a boyfriend now, his name is Rainer, have been going out for just over six months now (that's a miracle for me, most relationships I'm in don't even last over 5 months); he's not a macho man, most people would probably call him a geek or a nerd as he enjoys gaming to the extreme... and I mean it! All kinds of gaming you can think of, console, computer, table top, pen and paper etc etc. But I love him just the way he is, I wouldn't have him any other way... although I am glad that he bought himself a new pair of glasses the other month, his old pair made him look like he was either:
A) From the 70's
B) A scary old man
C) A paedophile (unfortunately my friends picked on him about that)
I would show you a picture of him, but I don't have one on my computer at the moment *pouts*
I now have my license... well my red P's anyways I got it at the end of June, but at least I can drive on my own, although I did have one tiny accident in my dad's car already. Thank goodness it was only the old car we have and not the new one; basically I reversed into a tree and the boot hatch window shattered, as well as the boot hatch getting a nice bit dent in it. I swear, the tree jumped out of nowhere!
So for a little while I was driving the car with plastic wrapped around the end of it and my P plate sticky taped to the back. The car is alright now, we got a new boot hatch for it, although it's a completely different colour to the rest of the car. Other then that accident, I haven't had any others... but since I've been on my P's I've been pulled over for random breath tests twice, the police sure do like picking on P-platers. So yes, I am a licensed driver, although some of you may wonder how on earth I passed my test
Now I know how my dad feels having to drive family members everywhere, but that's alright, it's better then wasting money on taxis and bus fares... although it is difficult driving with my mum in the car sometimes, she's a backseat driver, it's really frustrating.
Now back to the passing of my grandfather; basically at the end of July my mum, dad, sister and myself got to travel to Melbourne for my grandfather's funeral; it was really good to see my family down there again but sad that it was only because of a death of a loved one.
The funeral was very beautiful, it was a traditional Greek funeral which meant incense and priests singing hymns... unfortunately 90% of the ceremony was spoken in Greek so I couldn't understand what the priests were saying but I'm sure it was something good. I really wish that I could have spoken to my grandfather before he passed away, but I guess these things happen, I just hope he knew how much I love him (I say 'love' not 'loved' because I still love him even though he's gone).
I do have a small poem thingo that I will be submitting as a deviant art piece.
